Important Notes on Registration

Expenses for

  1. Saturday local tour to Indore on the 1st Nov.2008, including Sirpur bird sanctuary ( 14:00pm to 18:00) and Dinner; and
  2. Wednesday (05 Nov’08) tour to Mandu (95km), from 08:00 – 20:00, shall be charged separately, and can be paid at Registration desk also, if not earlier.
    • Cancellation Rules for Registration
      Request for cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.            The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:
    • For cancellations received on or before August 15, 2008 ..... 100% of the amount of payment
    • For cancellations received between September 15, 2008 to October1,2008.......... 50% of the amount of payment
    • For cancellations received after 2 October 2008 ........................ No refund.

All refunds will be made after the Conference and will be subject to deduction of bank charges.
