Please do not wait until the last date   of  10 August 08 for emailing the Full paper MS, but kindly email the soft copy (   and a separate hard copy in airmail) as soon you finish. This will expedite our   task of timely printing and to provide the PREPRINT to all delegates while onset   of the International Conference. Besides Proceedings in print, CD version will   also be available.
